Flourish at Churchill Gardens
We’ve designed a variety of community amenities that let residents live sustainably and thrive together, bridging nature with innovation to inspire collective progress. Here, nature and modern life exist in harmony, creating a lifestyle that’s as enriching as it is responsible.
The Production Farm
Centrally located and open to all, the Production Farm invites residents and the local community to grow, harvest and learn side by side. With built-in equipment space and an all-season greenhouse, it supports cultivation and connection every day of the year. More than a farm, it’s a place to connect and a symbol of nurturing both the land and community.
Farmers Market Pavilion
Where hard work meets harvest. This vibrant gathering space will host a weekly farmers market, welcoming residents and local vendors alike to share the rewards of organic living. Sustainability, collaboration and celebration, all in one place for everyone to experience.
The Kamaru Clubhouse
The Kamaru Clubhouse serves as a meeting place for the neighborhood to gather and collaborate. Kamaru is a Swahili word meaning ‘wisdom and knowledgeable’. Built as a hub for shared insights, The Kamaru embodies a community spirit with its central placement built to encourage lasting connections.

The Tamasha Commons
More than an amphitheater, the Tamasha Commons is a vibrant celebration space for the community. Tamasha (pronounced tah-mah-shah) is a Swahili word meaning 'a festivity or demonstration of joy.' The Commons embody this word and its spirit as a place for music, gatherings and moments of connection. Located near the Holmes Street entrance, it serves as our welcoming 'front porch,' uniting the energy and togetherness of community life.
Permaculture Gardens & Walking Trails
The natural wetlands at Churchill Gardens will be preserved and transformed into a thriving permaculture garden filled with native plants, edible perennials and seasonal food varieties. Winding walking trails will weave through the space, offering residents and community members a chance to live, work and play alongside nature.
